Information on these problems is included in your puppy pack.

If it is reported and confirmed that the puppy is being abused or neglected, rights and ownership of
the puppy will automatically terminate and revert back to seller who may immediately assume
possession of the dog. Buyer will be responsible for seller’s fees and costs involved with
repossession.

If at any point buyer cannot keep puppy, seller will be offered to take possession of the puppy/dog.
Such offer of first refusal shall be in writing (email OK) and ALSO BY TELEPHONE. Seller will have 8
days to accept offer. All returned dogs must be accompanied by AKC papers signed back to breeder
and all medical records. If dog requires medical treatment during or immediately after repossession,
all costs involved will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Buyer will not sell, give or otherwise transfer puppy without giving seller first right of first refusal.

testing facility or released to a rescue group. If buyer breaches right of first refusal or improperly
surrenders dog to another person, buyer will pay seller liquidated damages in the amount of $2000. If
puppy has been sold as a pet and not intended to be bred, the breeding of such an animal is
considered intentional or negligent, which would be detrimental to the breed and to the seller’s
kennel. Acknowledging the intrinsic value of the sellers kennel name and the difficulty of precise
damage calculations for breach of contract, buyer agrees to pay seller the sum of $1500 per puppy
dead or alive, born as a result of any such breeding.
